Information:
Jaysek, the Poet, was the god of Visual Art and Magic. Jaysek was a “twin brother” to Kieron as far as his normal appearance was concerned. Very serious and at times sullen, he wore black or grey garments, and had been seen on Myaasia wearing a black, hooded cloak and speaking dark prophesies. It is claimed that Jaysek has composed many of Myaasia’s alphabets. He was the patron of illusionists, mystics, seers and some scribes; it has been said that he had an interest in the Duranaki race in eastern Myaasia, and had adopted their favored weapon, the kynac. In the later years his sullen and doomsaying attitudes grew stronger, and the lighthearted poetry of his early days seemed gone.

According to legends he was either one of the sons of Kuor and Valris thus having started as demigod or the youngest boy of a poor fisherman on the east coast of Myaasia. Some people say that he and Kieron were true brothers, others say that they were linked by a long association before becoming gods, again others say that the relation is a purely a physical similarity, either naturally or by choice.

In either case his ascension seemed to be linked with the events at the break of the second and third eras.

He was followed by many scholars, scribes and seers. His worship was not that wide, but in places where he was worshipped, the worship was dominant. As an example, about 70% of the population of R'Lyeh worshipped him.

Jaysek disappeared under mysterious circumstances during the Unlife Wars at the end of the third era, while fighting the forces of the lich Furthar. He is generally believed to have perished in that battle.
