Background:
Hibiki Molerunner was born to poor farmers on the southern continent of Emer. Even as a child she could outrun most other children, even those several years her senior. Also even back then she had no idea where she was running to…
She used to get lost quite a lot over even the shortest distances, and was a general nuisance to look after. That is how she earned her nickname Molerunner. She has grown quite attached to it and wears it with pride.
When a wandering cleric of Teris came past and told stories of his patron deity, the one no mortal could outrun, she was fascinated and wished to join his order. Her parents were even a bit glad to see her go, and so the cleric took her with him. It soon turned out that Hibiki was not made for being a cleric, as she lacked the talent for magic altogether. So she decided to choose the path of a monk. Neither the fact that Teris did not usually count monks among his followers nor her complete lack of directional sense could sway her from her chosen path - and strangely enough Teris accepted her, even seemed to favour her.
Now at age 25 she has mastered the ways of the monk and has become the most unsusual seeker Teris has ever had…

Abilities (and Disabilities):
At first glance Hibiki seems to be an almost normal monk. Her fighting prowesses are very good, if there is something unusual about her it is her exotic beauty.
Everybody who has spent more than a few minutes around her will notice that this young woman has a problem…
You might call her geographically challenged…
In fact she could get lost on the way to the privy!
Of course, if one is in the service of the god of messengers, this can be quite a big handicap…
Hibiki also doesn’t take to magical transportation by navigator. She always becomes violently ill after such an experience, probably taking her out for a few days. She also becomes seasick very easily, though this doesn’t cause any permanent harm.
Addition: Recently Hibiki has shown the ability to unconsciously create portals to wherever she happens to need to go at the moment. She can in no way control this ability.

Appearance:
A young woman in her middle twenties of exceptional exotic beauty. She wears monk robes in the colours of Teris.

Quest hooks:
Most quests concerning Hibiki Molerunner will revolve about finding Hibiki when she has gotten lost again or guiding her to her next destination to deliver her message.
This is complicated by her inability to use navigators in her travels.
Someday, the characters might be called upon to assist her in her quest to become a seeker of Teris. (has already happened)
