Once one of the six Cities of the Line, Tessilya was completely destroyed in the mage wars.
All that is left today is a tiny oasis hidden in the depths of the Great Desert and extensive subterranean ruins, rumored to contain the famed laboratory of Garmus, the Golem Maker. The ruins are heavily infested with all kinds of creatures though, most noteworthy (and dangerous) among them are the driders.
