She leads her people, who have become the cursed ones that are werewolves. The wording I heard, led me to believe she was leading them before they turned into werewolves, but may be mistaken. They are mostly underground in Vermol and the forests nearby the underground areas. She is on the side of her sister, The Black Wizardress, fighting to take over Vermol.
