Information
In the Battle of the gods, Belwar fought as a paladin at the side of his god Iorak. It was his valour that prevented the lich Kul-Thor from delivering the killing blow to Iorak when they had battled. The god was mortally wounded though, and before dieing decreed that Belwar should be his successor.
Belwar was born on the island of Derimir and for a long time served the blue duergar princess as a paladin of Iorak. He was an accomplished fighter when he was mortal and is now even more so.
He is widely followed by most craftsmen and many soldiers everywhere. Thus he is one of the more worshipped of the Lords of Orhan, probably (distant) second after Chondra.
There is a great temple to Belwar in the duergar city of Greiburg in the underground of Derimir. Smaller shrines can be found in the homes of many wealthy craftsmen.
