Background:
Painia Sevier served as a general of the rebel armies of Vesper during the invasion of the empire and commanded the contingent of Derimir in the Battle of the Gods. After the death of Borg Wedjuut in that battle, she was asked to take his place as Co-Leader of ther Fighter School in Derimir. After the death of Lady Gallenesen 14 years after the PoD, she took over the office full time and retired from active adventuring. She is a seasoned veteran of many battles and still takes up her sword to defend the school from the occasional Unlife attack.
