Militia of the Vesper is taking care of the law enforcement and protection of the Vesper. Most of the powerful people in the Vesper have also some rank in militia.
Special trainer of the militia, who can train the militiamen in the proper behavior, to notice things and the subdual of suspects. I can also train (dwarven) defenders and (NWN9) Warders.
Forsti is one of the sergeants who trains those who just joined Vesper Guards.
Sergeant Maloi handles the issuing of gear and handling of any contraband.
