====== Telepathy ======

Telepathy is an extremly rare condition that some humans and halflings and gnomes can have. 1 in 100 000 very low level, like vague emotions and maybe simple concepts, 1/million more usable skill level, 1 in 10 million can actually do astral projection.

Basically telepathy is a skill of "projecting your soul" a simple form of astral projection.

Anyone except the undying races can be a recipient.. with a will save used to stop it.. mind spell immune stops totally...

Immortal races cannot feel any such projections and their thoughts cannot be gotten..

The immortal races are deaf to telepathy of all sorts..

the powers are normally:
weak:
Project message, project feeling, get surface feeling, get surface thought.
strong: project vision, project sight.

Distances are generally in few meters.. stronger ones maybe upto half a mile if line of sight..
